Derechos de gestión

Derecho de gestión es el que se ejerce sobre el suelo y los recursos naturales, le confiere a su titular la potestad de reglamentar las formas de uso y de transformación de los recursos. Su titular tiene por lo tanto el derecho de realizar mejoras. El titular de un derecho de gestión, está autorizado también a descuidar el recurso sobre el cual se extiende el derecho.
