This Act sets regulations on the planning of land use and contributes that ensure the protection of the environment for sustainable human living conditions and preservation of animal and plant life.
The provisions of Order No. 94 give the Danish AgriFish Agency the responsibility of granting subsidies to owners and tenants of farms in order to convert agricultural land to organic farming. This Order partially amends this Order, in particular its introduction, whereby the implementation of Rural Development Act (No. 316 of 2007) provisions are now changed to articles 3, 5 (sect. 1-3) art.
The Order partly amends Order No. 893. With regard to transfer of land: financial support may be granted for the management of transferred land to another natural or legal person by sale, lease, termination of lease or any similar type of transaction.
The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities.
The scope of the Act is to make slight corrections on the type of soil type and geografic location in regards to the use of fertilizer and plant cover.Annex 1 - Breakdown of municipalities in the three fields in the table above.

This Order sets regulation on the use of fertilizers in agriculture and establishes specific delineation of areas of corn and spring-sown crops with high nitrogen ratio by making corrections on soil type and geographic location. These corrections apply to corn and spring-sown crops with higher nitrogen ratio than 0 kg N per.
The Act applies to stone, gravel, sand, clay, lime, chalk, peat, topsoil and similar elements.
The Act makes amendments in regards to land distribution and public purchase and sale of property for agricultural purposes. It applies to the simplification of ministerial administrative tasks and delegations.

This Order establishes the extent to which bio ash can be used for agricultural purposes in the environmental sector.
This Act amends the Act relative to agricultural properties so as to provide for the abolition of requirements regarding the notice for the termination of a leasehold and to provide for the possibility to issue rules regarding the keeping of animals by the Minister and to provide rules regarding the size of land.
