This Law regulates the lease relations, establishing the objects and subjects of lease relations, their rights and obligations. The following can be leased: land and other natural resources, enterprises, organizations, units of enterprises and organizations, buildings, installations, premises, agricultural and other machinery, transportation means, inventory, instruments, other material goods.
This Decree implements the Law on Privatization of 1992, further detailing certain competencies and duties of the Government in the privatization process and repealing obsolete land tenure laws.

The head of the State Tax Inspection orders to validate the forms of the following documents regarding land taxation: (a) land tax calculation account for natural persons and peasant farms (Annex 1); (b) land tax collection account for natural persons and peasant farms (Annex 2); (c) land tax estimates (Annex 3).
This Law regulates activities in the sphere of geodesy and cartography including: (a) distant zoning of the earth; and (b) mapping and demarcation of the state frontier, administrative boundaries and plots of land pertaining to private ownership. The object of geodetic and cartographic activity shall be national territory.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespectively of departmental subordination and individual farmers and also bodies of local self-government shall submit to the executive bodies of urban centres reports on changes in the composition of the plots of land to the date of 1 January.
This Ministerial Decree validates the forms of landownership certificate (Annex 1), provisional landownership, land tenancy and land lease certificate (Annex 2), land share ownership certificate (Annex 3), lease contract containing description of the plot of land (Annex 4) and registration form of landowners (Annex 5).
This Law establishes that consumer cooperative shall be autonomous and independent association of natural persons based on the principle of economic cooperation. Land allotted to consumer cooperatives shall maintain its legal status for the whole period of activity. The aforesaid land can be privatized or transferred in ownership of consumer cooperatives at their request.
This Code embraces an extremely comprehensive range of issues relating to land use and management.
The provisions of this Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to agricultural land. This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of settling land disputes originating from the request of local rural administrative body submitted together with agricultural enterprises and other organizations concerned to the local self-government managing the disputed land areas to restitute them.
