This Joint Regulation establishes the modalities for assigning values to long-term land leases held by farmers to ensure credit recovery by commercial banks. The Regulation applies only to land transferred to commercial banks as security for loans granted to farmers. Valuation of such leases shall be calculated as the average net profit for a land unit for the previous three years.
This Decree establishes the modalities of allotment of land plots of area up to 1, 0 ha on conditions of permanent (open-ended) land tenure through tenders for performance of entrepreneurial activities. It shall be applicable to industrial land areas and non-agricultural land.
This Decree validates the Regulation on experimental allotment on unused land and land of marginally profitable or unprofitable agricultural enterprises to citizens on condition of life-long hereditary possession. The aforesaid land shall be used for agricultural purposes.
This Code grants every citizen the right to a favourable environment ensured by sound land use planning through: (a) state regulation of land use planning activities; (b) planning of urban land; (c) compensation for damages resulting from violation of land use planning legislation; and (d) liability.
