This Order, composed of 10 sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the issuing of pasturing licenses. Section 1 gives name to this Order. Section 2 gives definitions. Section 3 provides the Minister of Agriculture with powers to set ordinances regarding the announcement of any area as an Inspected Grazing Area.

This Law provides for the establishement by the Government of an "Israel Lands Administration" to administer Israel lands. The Director of the Administation is appointed by the Government, whom shall be directly subordinate to the Minister of Agriculture (sect. 2). Under section 3, an "Israel Lands Council" is also appointed by the Government in order to lay down the lands policy.

This Ordinance gives definitions and sets rules for the elimination of plant afflictions in the Aravah and Negev areas. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) sets rules for the eliminations of plant afflictions; The holder of a field should uproot or eliminate weeds and must keep the field clean of waste that should be transferred to a waste disposal area.

This Law establishes cases in which transfer of ownership is allowed. Section 2 makes a list of classes of transactions to which the permission to transfer ownership is allowed. The prohibition to transfer ownership, as prescribed in the Basic Law, shall not affect acts designed solely to enable the observance of the commandment concerning the Sabbatical Year.
