These Regulations, made under section 272 of the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, establish require certain particulars to be furnished in connection with an offer to sell agricultural land to the State under section 17 of the Act. They also prescribe forms for a certificate of waiver referred to in section 16 of the Act and an application for an option to purchase a farming unit in terms of section 47(2) of the Act. The statement that shall accompany an offer shall contain prescribed information, including, among other things, information on water resources on the land, the State Water Control Area in which the land is situated, and cultivation.
