This Ministerial Decree establishes that the system of land monitoring shall represent the system of observation and assessment of the state of land area for the purpose of timely identification of changes, land valuation, prevention and mitigation of the consequences of negative impact on soil.

The President, with a view of improvement of drainage state of irrigated agricultural land and rational management of water resources, validates a set of arrangements for the purpose of ensuring stable and sustainable functioning of agricultural sector, improvement of soil fertility and yield of agricultural crops.

The property in the Republic of Uzbekistan is inviolate. Every person has a right for property. The existence of any form of property is allowed in the Republic of Uzbekistan which promotes the efficient functioning of the economy and the growth of the people's well-being. The inviolability and equal conditions for the development of all forms of property are guaranteed by this Law.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Inspection on Geodetic Supervision shall be the authorized institution carrying out the following tasks: (a) supervision over geodetic and cartographic activity; (b) supervision over the correct mapping of the national frontier; (c) registration of geodetic and cartographic activities; and (d) registration of geodetic points.

This Order establishes the modalities of organization and carrying out land valuation activity, legalization of outcome thereof and access to information on land valuation. Land valuation shall be considered inventory of land areas in accordance with soil quality for subsequent cost valuation of agricultural land, land survey and stimulation of rational and efficient land management.

This Decree establishes special legal status and the modalities of allotment of plots of land to the participants of special industrial zones. The aforesaid land plots shall be transferred on condition of temporary land tenure for the period of 30 years, i.e.

The present Agreement is applicable to expropriated land, including arable land, pastures and land for waterworks, pertaining to Abumuhar and Karsh irrigation channels, and Tuymuyun water reservoir that have been conceded to the Parties on condition of joint permanent land tenure.
