Pursuant to article 21 of Regional Act No. 26 of 2003, the present Regional Regulation lays down the expropriation procedure applicable to polluted areas that are to be subjected to rehabilitation interventions. The person who is liable for the environmental damage shall be charged with the cost of rehabilitation measures.

Implements: Regional Act No. 26 in matter of local services of general economic interest. Provisions concerning waste management, energy, the use of subsoil and water resources. (2003-12-12)
