This Ordinance, made under the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005, implements provisions of the Act in respect of development plans, subject plans and local planning briefs and related environment impact assessments. Where proposals include policies relating to EIA development, the non-technical summary of the Environmental Statement prepared as part of that statement must be annexed to the proposals.
