This Decree defines the content of a Extraction Waste Management Plan and concerns permits as defined in section 8.1. of the Environment Protection Act or section 1 of the Act on the Pollution of Surface Waters. In particular, the Decree defines the conditions the competent authority shall attach to permits. These conditions regard the operation of waste treatment facilities and aim at the protection of water and soil.

The Decree prescribes rules for the use of construction materials and defines methods to measure effects on the environment and in particular the subsoil groundwater. This Regulation contains general rules for the prevention and limitation of harmful effects on the environment caused by horticulture with covered cultivations. This category is defined by article 1.1 of the Environment Protection Act. Covered cultivation shall be carried out in accordance with directions outlined in the Attachment to this Regulation. Who intends to start covered horticulture shall give notice at least four weeks before starting to the inspector and the appropriate authorities (art. 3).
This Decree contains rules for the discharge of water related to agricultural activities in surface waters and provides directions for the use of pesticides. The Decree is based on, among other things, articles 6.2, 6.6 en 6.7 van de Water Act. Chapter 6 of the Water Act applies also to agricultural activities involving the use of pesticides and biocides. This Decree places restrictions on the discharge of wastewater and provides general principles and rules for such discharge.
This Regulation is made for purposes of article 15, comma 8 of the Decree Discharge Open Cultivation and Livestock Breeding. It prescribes the methods for determination of spray caps used in specified systems for the spraying of pesticides as spray caps with a low-pressure output.

It also applies to sludge used by agricultural enterprises as defined by article 1 of the Fertilizers Act.
This Decree implements articles 6, 7, 15 and 65 of the Soil Protection Act by providing rules for the use of fertilizers of animal origin and other organic fertilizing substances such as sludge. It places restrictions on use of such substances to protect the soil and water resources.
This Act amends the Act containing rules regarding the emission of ammoniac from animal keeping premises belonging to the livestock sector in provisions concerning the granting of permissions pursuant to the Environment Protection Act as far as they concern the emission of ammoniac from animal keeping premises of the livestock sector. These amendments, among other things, appoint the provincial government as the authority to designate vulnerable areas for purposes of granting permissions and set out the criteria for such designation.
This Decree prescribes ecological sustainability requirements for the establishment and operation of farms that keep cattle for milk and farms that cultivate crops on open ground, small livestock farms, children's farms, equine breeding establishments, specified cultivations and organic waste processing establishments. Articles 2 to 4 define the application sphere of the Decree. The environmental standards relating to soil, water, energy, noise, odours, air, etc. are laid down in the Schedule to this Decree.
This Decree implements provisions of the Fertilizing Substances Act in relation with indication of various types of soil, trading in fertilizing rights, rules for the use of fertilizer and the registration of basic land units, storage capacity for animal manure, administrative obligations of agricultural enterprises, of intermediaries and of supply and client enterprises, transport of fertilizing substances, rules regarding the assessment of quantity produced and various other matters.
