   This Decree amends the Decree containing further rules relative to land consolidation in concentration areas so as to give effect to new provisions for the consolidation of land in general as laid down in the new Town and Country Planning Act. The Decree shall be in conformity with the new planning system introduced by the Act. The title of the principal Decree is amended.

   Amends: Decree No. 243 of 2006 containing further rules relative to land consolidation in concentration areas. (2010-07-23)
