The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of twelve paragraphs and nine Annexes, specifies the conditions for the measurement of emissions into water, land and air. In addition, it establishes those cases when continuous measurement of emission from installation is required, cases when periodical measurement is required, referential methods of measurements and describes how to file measurements.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex.
