    Irrigation development in Sub-Saharan Africa has lagged significantly behind that in other developing countries. Consequently, economic development and food security are also lagging behind. Since the mid-2000s there has been a resurgence in the willingness to invest in irrigation, and Sub-Saharan Africa has the largest potential of any developing region to benefit from it. However, to gain from new investment in irrigation without repeating past failures, it is critical to develop a business model for small-scale irrigation schemes.

    This Act provides with respect to the process in which the value of an interest in real property is assessed by a valuer. It also requires a Chief Valuer to be appointed within the Ministry responsible for lands and provides for the registration of valuers. The Chief Valuer is appointed by the President and shall be responsible for advising the Government on all matters relating to valuation practice and activities and be head of the Valuation Department within the Ministry.

In parallel, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) has been promoted in the country and globally as the governance framework that seeks to manage water resources in an efficient, equitable and sustainable manner.

With this video, they want to communicate the message 'people should conserve and protect the environment so that they live a good and healthy life'. Through the film they demonstrate how they protect the environment, improve their yields, and the systems they use.
