    A travers l’étude du cas d’Agadir, l’article est un essai prospectif sur le rapport des différentes stratégies foncières et immobilières au Maroc à la production du logement «abordable». Par une approche systémique, l’article interpele les stratégies d’usage foncier urbain comme ressource territoriale à la fois convoitée dans un système productiviste et pierre angulaire pour l’aménagement du territoire. Il questionne aussi, la position de la production du logement abordable dans le contexte de l’investissement immobilier actuel et la possibilité de son redressement.

    This Impact Study examines how tenure security translates into increased investments, productivity, and incomes. The was research carried out for the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office’s (FCDO) Land Investment for Transformation (LIFT) programme, which has supported the roll out of secondary level land certification (SLLC) for 14.5 million land parcels across 175 woredas in Ethiopia for an estimated 5 million households.

    Public spaces are believed to make cities more liveable, healthy and socially equal. To date, discussions about public spaces have primarily revolved around emblematic types, such as squares and parks, while little attention has been paid to cemeteries. Drawing on a review of public space scholarship and cemetery research, an analysis of strategies for cemetery development in two Scandinavian capitals, Oslo and Copenhagen, and interviews with stakeholders, this paper elaborates on the cemetery as a special type of public space.
