    Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.

    This Ministerial Decree establishes criteria for classification of solid, liquid and gaseous waste as radioactive waste that shall be applicable in the following cases: (a) use of nuclear energy; (b) mitigation of the consequences of nuclear disasters; (c) rehabilitation of radioactively contaminated soil; and (d) mining and processing of minerals with high concentration of natural radionuclides.

    The present Regulation establishes the modalities of calculation of damage caused by soil pollution with chemicals, determines the modalities of calculation of charges for the compensation of damage caused by soil pollution with chemicals, including soil pollution caused by unauthorized dumping of industrial, domestic and other categories of waste and covers all categories of land irrespectively of their situation and forms of property.
