Chief of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey, for the purpose of conformation of the contractual documentation to Civil Code and strengthening observance of contractual commitments within the Committee, orders to validate the subjoined form of the contract for carrying out projecting and prospecting work in the field of land survey, land cadastre and land monitoring with Annexes.
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to recording of estates in land. The Land Register is held by the local county courts and deals with the business of registration of legal interests in land. The Land Register consists of Land Register Judges (Grundbuchrichter) and special clerks (Rechtspfleger). The normal business of registration is done by the clerks.
Le présent règlement met en execution l’article 18 de la loi d’application de la législation fédérale sur les sites contaminés du 31 janvier 2003. Notamment, le règlement régit les émoluments requis pour les prestations du service concernant la gestion du cadastre des sites pollués. The present Ordinance enforces the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 14 May 1987. Land consolidations shall be effected in view of building land, land not designed as such shall be re-allocated. The text deals with the following aspects: definition of terms, sphere of application, cooperatives, purpose of land consolidation, survey, principles of allocation, costs, administrative proceedings, legal protection and entry into force. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Land consolidation (I); Boundary adjustment (II); Final provisions (III).
