This Act makes provision for the recognition, protection and registration of community land rights and also provides for conversion of community land, special rights and entitlements with respect to community land, environment and natural resources management of community land and settlement of disputes relating to community land.
La presente Ley Orgánica reformatoria al Código Orgánico de organización territorial, autonomía y descentralización (COOTAD), respecto al ejercicio de las competencias para planificar, construir y mantener la infraestructura física y los equipamientos de los espacios públicos destinados al desarrollo social, cultural, educativo, de salud y deportivo.Asimismo, respecto a la conclusión del proceso de conformación de regiones, cuyo plazo máximo será de veinte años.

This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 14 articles, establishes the procedure for delimiting the public water domain in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The delimitation of the public water domain is the administrative procedure by which the line defining the extreme of the beds and banks of the public water domain bordering land of another nature is fixed.
This Act may be cited as the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) (Amendment) (No. 3) Law of 2016 and shall be read together with the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) Law. Amendments deal with adminstrative and legal proceedings for land leasing. Article 2 of the basic law is amended by adding the following new terms and definitions of "government settlement".
This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the compulsory acquisition of lands for public purposes and compensation for such acquisition to the landowner. It sets out the procedure for such acquisition and subsequent registration of land. The Governor may be required to purchase the rest of a piece of land if only a part was acquired and the rest is rendered useless to the owner. It shall be lawful for the Minister to resell any land purchased under this rule. The Ordinance also makes provision for resolution of disputed regarding compensation, etc.
This Act amends the Local Government Act in provisions concerning land matters consequential upon the enactment of the Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act 2016 and the Land Act 2016. Also the word "Local Authority" is replaced by the word " Local Government Authority" wherever it occurs in the principal Act and provisions regarding the delegation of functions to committee by an Authority, the disposal of land, the designation of an area as a rateable area, the valuation of property, and charges on property. Three new sections are inserted in the principal Act (78A-C).
La presente Ley de Protección a los ocupantes de zonas clasificadas como especiales, establece que por el plazo de veinticuatro meses se suspenderá el desalojo de personas, demolición de obras, actividades y proyectos en la zona marítima terrestre, zona fronteriza y patrimonio natural del Estado, salvo aquellas que sean ordenadas mediante resolución judicial o administrativa en firme, fundamentándose en la comisión de daño ambiental o cuando exista peligro o amenaza de daño al medio ambiente.
El presente Decreto Ley expide disposiciones para la formulación del Plan Nacional de Construcción y Mejoramiento de Vivienda Social Rural, que será formulado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
This Act vests any interest in land remaining unclaimed since the coming into force of the Land Adjudication Act, and which by the provisions of section 17(1) of that Act were deemed to be Crown Land, shall, if not claimed by 31 December, 2020, in the Crown. Any person who claims any right or any interest in land which has not already been claimed by that person under the Land Adjudication Act, shall, if he or she does not claim his or her right or interest in that land within one year from the coming into force of this Act, forfeit such right and the land shall vest in the Crown.
