    This Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, approves the Regulation of the Legal Regime of Land Registry (RRJCP), established by Decree-Law No. 29/2009. It aims at the fulfilling the objectives related to the univocal identification of buildings, by assigning a unique identification number of common use by the whole Public Administration, enabling the creation of single property information, unifying, in a single information system, the existing registration information, allowing the digital management of the registration.

    This Act defines national territory planning, town and country planning in compliance with article 186, point (b) and article 187, paragraph 2, point (e) of the Constitution. This Act is divided into 8 chapters establishing classifications and definitions of urban territories (Chap. I). It also establishes that national and municipal construction activities must respect the environment. Chapters II and III deal with legislative planning, building typologies, etc. Chapter IV deals with urban and non-urban soils, defining their use, etc.

    This Decree-Law, consisting of 22 articles, regulates the institutionalization of the Information Territorial System of Cape Verde (SIT-CV). It establishes norms and requirements to be satisfied in order to manage this Spatial Data of Cape Verde (IDE-CV). It also defines competencies of the Coordinating Committee for Cartography and Cadastre (CCCC), as well as the respective procedures for the electronic access to data for their use in order to be able to manage and publish geographical information for all the National institutions.

    This Decree approves the General Regulation for Land Concession. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies the general basis of the legal regime defined by Law No. 9/04. It establishes the legal framework for the concession of free lands within the Republic of Angola. It does not apply for private property lands, which will be regulated by the Civil Code. This Regulation aims at: defining the process of concession, recognition, transmission, usufruct and the end of rights on such lands.

    This Ministerial Decision implements the Decree that regulates the right of use and conditions for exploiting public land by establishing the procedures for consultation with the local communities on the use and property rights of land. The local community's consultation includes two phases. The first is a public meeting in order to provide information to the local community on the application for acquisition of land use rights and the identification of the boundaries of the parcel. The second relates to the duration of the consultation.
