Cette note fait suite à une première publication du Comité 21 qui définissait la sobriété comme fil vert de la transformation. Pour poursuivre la réflexion, nous nous sommes interrogés sur le rôle de la jeunesse pour conduire cette transformation sobre.

This paper outlines some of the main issues influencing the development (or not) of farmer and rural organisations and presents in further detail the specific situation in Armenia, Georgia and Moldova. All three countries returned ownership of the majority of land to the rural population.

The transfer of land property rights impose a dramatically change of agricultural production structure, including affecting the food safety and security. The main aim of this article is the analysis of the possible effects and transformation imposed by the transfer of land property in a post-transitional agricultural economy and to identify possible solution in valuing the lands as main production factors.
