The present Ordinance implements the Land Transaction Act of 9 December 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Conditions and requirements (II); Land transactions authorities and procedures (III); Fees (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Ordinance of 3 July 2007. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 9a on Foundations, institutions without members and foundation-like Trust company with personality; article 13 on Annexes; article 15 on Forwarding to tax administration; article 16 on Surveyance and information and filing obligations; article 20 on Fees.

La présente loi porte la réglementation relative aux villes et autres agglomérations importantes. L’article 1er établit que toute localité de 10.000 habitants et au-dessus est tenue d'avoir un projet d'aménagement.
This Act contains rules regarding the consolidation of agricultural land and redistribution of agricultural land for purposes of agricultural development and improvement of land use planning. Through the implementation of these plans, the Act aims to the conservation of the environment, including the creation of recreational areas and national parks.
A l'article 87, 5e alinéa, le délai est modifié comme suit: "Le délai dans lequel il peut être procédé au défrichement après simple notification préalable, est prolongé jusqu'à 22 ans. Le délai de défrichement après simple notification préalable, est réduit à 3 ans." L'arrêté comprend un article.

The President of the Committee orders : 1). To carry out legalisation of the documents certifying the right of ownership of the plots of land belonging to physical persons, including members of gardening associations, in strict accordance with the legislation currently in force. 2). To prohibit to the territorial (local) branches of the Committee to request from citizens documentation not pertaining to the procedure of legalisation of their right to previously allotted plots of land.
The President decrees that the plots of land and the property connected with them must be considered real estate. The real estate contracts are regulated by Civil Code in accordance with Land, Forestry, Environmental, other specific Legislative Acts and this Decree. Physical And juridical persons, that own plots of land, have the right to sell, to bequeath, to give as a gift, to mortgage, to lease, to exchange and to render them as a share to the-joint stock companies. Each landowner is provided with land certificate that must be registered into land cadastre.
La présente ordonnance est édictée en execution de la loi fédérale du 22 juin 1979 sur l'aménagement du territoire. Le chapitre introductif définit les différentes activités auxquelles s'applique le texte, c'est-à-dire: toutes les activités qui modifient l'utilisation du sol ou l'occupation du territoire, y compris celles qui visent au maintien du status quo. L'ordonnance s'applique uniquement aux activités des autorités officielles dont une description détaillée est fournie à l'article 1.
The purpose of this Law is the establishment of market oriented conditions in the agricultural sector based on private ownership. Land transfer and the use of land as guarantee for land-based credit should promote the efficient operation of new businesses. This Law basically regulates the use of arable land and aims to create landed properties suitable for competitive agricultural production, avoiding to burden land with the effects of excessive subdivision.
