    Belarus has preserved its third position in Registering Property in the World Bank’s Doing Business 2014 report. Constant improvement of property registration procedures has allowed Belarus to achieve that. The Registering Property indicator takes into account three factors: the number of procedures required to transfer rights to property, the time spent on completing all the necessary procedures and the cost of procedures. From ”The Earth Summit“ in Brazil 1992 sustainable development recognized by almost all societies as one of the major global goals.

    Analysis of organizing, amount of work and financing of reclamation activities is presented during State Program for conservation and use of reclaimed lands for 2011-2015. Specific indexes of spending of major activities by types of reclamation are found for 2011-2015, some changes in reclamation process are proposed as well.

    application on the productivity of crop rotation and agrochemical characteristics of sod-podzol sandy soil. The influence of byproducts ploughing and mineral fertilizer doses on the crop rotation productivity and agrochemical indicators of sod-podzol sandy loam soil is studied. It is established that autumn application of a compensatory dose of nitrogen to the straw did not ensure the increased productivity of crop rotation.

Migration of potassium depends on several factors such as soil composition, climatic conditions, cultivars, quantity of applied mineral fertilizers etc.

    The prospect of GIS technology to create and to use of soil maps is stated. Conducted a GIS analysis of soil cover the territory of Cherven District showed the predominance of retisols of large areas isomorphic and asymmetrical shapes, three times less than the average area for podzols with isomorphic form. The most complicated form of areas marked for alluvial soil types. Their coefficients of irregularity boundaries typically less than 0.2, and are fluvial forms of areas.
