    The document consists of 9 Parts. The grounds for reserving land for protected areas shall be programs of development and distribution of protected areas validated in accordance with the established modalities. Plots of land destined for protected areas shall be surveyed on site by a special commission with the participation of landowners concerned. The results of on-site survey shall be legalized in the form of act with the enclosure of survey map.

    Land relationship in the Republic of Belarus is regulated by the Constitution, Presidential Decrees, by this Code and other Legislative Acts that implement it. Civil Code regulations are applicable to land relationship with regard to provisions established by land legislation. The document consists of XV Sections that contain 36 Chapters sub-divided into 164 articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. It contains Chapters 1-12. Section II establishes the rights and the duties of land-tenants, landlords and the owners of the plots of land.

    This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for designating areas of protection of cultural heritage objects, including land-use planning, mapping of boundaries, and requirements for land management within the boundaries of such areas. The purpose of designating protection areas for objects of cultural heritage shall be to conserve the natural landscape and to prevent negative impacts upon the objects of cultural heritage located in their natural environment.

    This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of land relations. Authorized regional state body in the sphere of land relations shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) management of public land; (b) participation in implementation of state land policy; (c) decision-making related to purchase of land for public purposes; (d) imposition of use restrictions on land; (e) establishment of the amount of land charges and land lease fees; (f) establishment of the modalities of land survey; and (g) decision-making related to expropriation of land.

    This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices). They are responsible for registration of legal transactions, cadastral mapping changes and dealing with land and other real estate property-related activities. The Hungarian Land Register is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Rural Development. This Decree establishes also the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing as the institutional body for land surveying and geo-information.

    This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Policy. Federal Committee on Land Policy (GOSKOMZEM) is the Federal Authority that coordinates interministerial activity of the issues pertaining to the sphere of land relationship, functional regulation in this field, including the keeping up of land cadastre, valuation of land, land survey , state control over the use of land and the soil protection. Federal Committee on Land Policy has its local (territorial) branches at the regional level.

    This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.
