In particular, it regulates the formulation and approval of Coastal Area Management Plans (POOC). The Decree defines POOC objectives, formulation requirements and procedures. Moreover, it institutes Permanent Technical Commissions to operate at Province level providing technical recommendations. Furthermore, the Decree rules on POOC approval and on the subsequent public works’ implementation (including control procedures). Finally, it recalls applicable sanctions.
