The land of which size is 1,120 hectares has been reclassified from Forest Cover 2002 in Krang Dei Vay commune, Phnom Sruoch district, and in Reaksmei Samaky commune, Aoral district, Kampong Speu province for social land concessions to veteran families and poor civilians. The governor of Kampong Speu province has been granted the authority to manage this project.
