    The Action Plan is a national plan with a sectoral approach. The time frame of the Plan is 10 years between 2010 -2020. The objectives of the Plan are a) improvement of forest management; b) capacity building; c) protection of forests; d) forestry sector development; e) development of private sector.To increase forest production and to reduce the risks of forest production losses, strong control mechanisms will be enforced, environmental protection and forest management will be improved.
