    This Regulation amends Annex 1 of the Regulation establishing vulnerable areas and the use and storage of fertilizers and manure fertilizers, crop rotation and implementation of erosion-control measures in these areas. This Annex specifies vulnerable areas which are geographically defined by the cadastral territory of the Czech Republic.

    This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persona and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure. The scope of inspection shall be to control compliance by land tenant with compulsory legislative requirements related to land tenure. Municipal land control shall be performed in accordance with the annual plans.

    This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on the use and storage of fertilizers. In particular, the present Decree regulates the method of reporting aviation application of liquid fertilizers or auxiliary substances.     This Government Regulation lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, conditions of subsidies for afforestation of agricultural land. Subsidies are granted under the following measures: (a) establishment of forest stands; (b) care of forests for five calendar years starting in the year following the year when the forest was established; (c) cessation of agricultural production on wooded land for a period of ten calendar years starting in the year following the year when the forest was established.
