These Regulations implement Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private project They are concerned with general rules and administrative matters regarding the assessment of the effects of certain public and private developments.
This Act amends the Property Tax Act by repealing and replacing the First Schedule, which specifies the rates of tax for various kinds of properties. It also amends the Registration (Strata Titles) Act in section 19 on the total unimproved value of the parcel as apportioned by the unit entitlement of the strata lot.
