In the conditions of new trends of economic development, aimed at replacing the administrative methods of management by mechanisms and principles of market economy, formation of land use of agricultural organizations is an important issue of theory and practice of land resources management. The subject of this research is the formation of land use of agricultural organizations. The object of research is the collection of land uses of agricultural organizations.

The most important area of the common agricultural policy of the European Union (EU) is the sustainable development of rural territories. In the structure of the land fund of the Altai Region the category of agricultural lands is the most extensive, it is more than 11.5 million hectares. More than 6.1 million hectares belong to individual citizens. There are more than 5 million hectares of state and municipal ownership. The rest of the lands are owned by legal entities. There were analyzed the natural and climatic conditions of the land fund of the Altai Region and its patterns in the natural subzones.

In a course of the research there was studied the historical path of the emergence of private property in the world and in what is now Belarus. The evolution of concepts of private property during the XIX - XX centuries was analyzed. Based on the history of private ownership of land, the provisions of Roman law, the need to raise interest of peasants in the effective management, it was shown a possible in the future way of the transfer of agricultural land to private ownership of peasants. The foregoing provisions are theoretical justification for these proposals.

Latvia acceded to this Convention in 2002, undertaking to implement it requirements. With the introduction of the Convention, it is necessary to develop a national action program for restriction of land degradation, as well as develop new legislation and a long-term policy.

The article considers the role and importance of the borderline position of the Belarusian-Lithuanian region, which influences the transformation processes of territorial structures. Particular attention is paid to the areas of coordinated activities on the formation and functioning of transboundary protected natural areas, as well as spatial planning activities for the sustainable use of their constituent natural complexes. The resulted results of researches are received within the limits of realization in 2014-2015.
