These goals and targets are purposively (and appropriately) designed to work as an integrated whole, reflecting the same principle of indivisibility embodied in the UN Sustainable Development Goals. They require actions to be integrated across the whole of government and society.
La présente loi, portant Code forestier du Congo, a pour objet de fixer les principes fondamentaux d’organisation et de gestion du domaine forestier national ainsi que les règles d’exploitation et de commercialisation, applicables aux produits forestiers. Toutes les forêts du territoire national entrent dans le champ d’application de la présente loi.
El siguiente documento detalla el proceso institucional llevado adelante en la República Argentina para establecer las metas voluntarias de Neutralidad de la Degradación de la Tierra a escala nacional. La Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas aprobó, en septiembre de 2015, la “Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible” que define 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) y una serie de metas entre las que se destaca la meta 15.3 que involucra la neutralidad de la degradación de la tierra (NDT).
La présente loi est composée de 84 articles repartis en onze (11) titres. Ce texte prévoit la mise en valeur des forêts (Titre II) et les défrichements des forêts: organisation, et lieux des défrichements (Titre III).
