These Regulations provide for the management and development of the Wooddale Agriculture Development Area. They contain provisions on planning, administration of the area, access rights, road construction, residential buildings, quarry, mining and drilling, residential uses, silviculture and farming.

This Act requires tenancies for residential or business purposes to be registered with the Commissioner of Inland Revenue. The Act also defines certain duties of a landlord and defines certain actions of the landlord in the relationship with the tenant as an offence.

Marine fisheries, as well as fisheries in large lakes, depend on the coastal area in a variety of ways. Most capture fisheries are based on coastal stocks; others exploit offshore stocks which spend part of their lives in inshore waters, e.g., in a nursery or feeding area. Fish stocks also rely on primary productivity in the coastal area as an important part of the food chain. Coastal aquaculture is also heavily dependent on the coastal area for space and resources.
