The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure that registration of these applications are done electronically. There may only be submitted one application for each farm. Areas in which a farmer has given grazing rights to others, shall be included in the farmers’ application.

The proposed draft partly amends Acts No. 591 and No. 932 with regard to the scope and further consultation of water plannings in certain environmentally protected areas such as watercourses. Fertilization may NOT occur in rural areas in a buffer zone of max. 10 meters from the limits of watercourses and lakes of a surface greater than 100 square meters. The specific changes and plannings shall be electronically registered with the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.

The Act aims to establish a framework for the protection of surface and groundwater and for planning within the international nature protection areas. The Minister of Environment and Food shall regulate provisions for the international water districts and for each of them, there must be a water level. Each river district shall have a protection area in order to allow shellfish (bivalve and snails molluscs) life and growth.
