    The Developer shall, before lodging a survey plan for the development area with the Surveyor-General, prepare a lot plan in accordance with this section (sect. 3). The Registrar-General shall, at the time of creating a folio of the Register under the Real Property Act in respect of a lot, record on the Register and the certificate as to title in relation to the lot (sect. 6).

Acts amended by this Act include the World Heritage Properties Conservation Act 1983, the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975 and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders (Queensland Reserves and Communities Self-management) Act 1978.
