    The propose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the National Land Planning and Utilization Act and matters necessary to implement the afore-mentioned Act. In particular, article 2 deals with definition of different kinds of facilities. Articles 74 and 75 concern limitations on construction within height restriction districts and limitations on construction within disaster prevention districts. The text consists of 17 articles.

In particular, the State and local governments shall formulate and execute policies necessary for the proper conservation and management of uninhabited islands, such as protecting uninhabited islands and surrounding waters from being damaged, or indiscreetly utilized or developed. The text consists of 37 articles.

    The purpose of this Act is to prevent potential danger or injury to public health and environment due to soil contamination and to properly maintain and preserve soil including purifying the contaminated soil to conserve the soil ecosystem, etc. This Act shall not apply to soil contamination caused by radioactive materials.The Minister of Environment shall formulate and enforce a basic plan for soil conservation every 10 years and shall include matters listed in article 4.
