    The Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and other research, predict a significant future increase in the frequency and intensity of heavy rainfall events in many regions. This increase runoff and soil erosion, and reduce agricultural productivity, as well as increasing risks of flood damage to crops and infrastructure. Implementing adaptation measures and improved land management through erosion control and soil protection are among those that protect water and agriculture and limit their vulnerability.

    The security district of Hatay, Kilis, Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Mardin and Sirnak province located along southern boundary lies between Turkey and Syria that comprised wide areas. It is considered to evaluate of cleaned mined land with a 300-400 m width and 510 m length. It was estimated that these lands were very productive and that can be used for organic or other types of agriculture .If these lands are cleaned and opened to agriculture, that can create jop opportunities to many families in agriculture.

    The lack of updated information about food security is of concern to many countries, especially during and after economic crises, natural disasters, and conflicts. In this paper we present an analytical framework for assessing the effects of such crises on food security. This methodology can compensate for the lack of recent data in the aftermath of various crisis situations and thus provide important information to policymakers. We apply this methodology to Yemen, a country where the recent food price crisis and global economic recession have been especially damaging.
