1. Background and Introduction
The Afghan National Assembly (Loya Jirga) approved the constitution before it was formally signed by transitional president Hamid Karzai.
The Albanian Parliament approved the constitution and it was signed by President Rexhep Meidani following approval of 91.1% of voters in a popular referendum.
President Liamine ZÂroual signed the constitution after it was approved by 85% of voters in a popular referendum.
The consell approved the constitution before it was ratified by 74.19% of voters in a popular referendum.
The Angolan National Assembly approved the draft constitution produced by the constituent assembly before it was signed by President Jos Eduardo dos Santos.
The constitution was proposed by the legislature of Antigua and Barbuda and was promulgated by Queen Elizabeth II.
A National Constitutional Convention drafted and approved the constitution.
A Constitutional Commission drafted the constitution before it was approved by 68% of voters in a popular referendum.
The constitution was passed by the Imperial (British) Parliament and given royal assent by Queen Victoria.
