    The present Decree lays down provisions relating to the protection of natural resources and landscape. Article 1 establishes that unmoveable property which contributes to enhance the beauty of the countryside is also subject to protection and cannot be altered or destroyed without the agreement of the competent authority. The text consists of 11 articles.

    Implemented by: Ordinance implementing the Decree of 16 January 1940 on the protection of natural resources and landscape. (1982-11-23)

    The French cadastral map depicts and identifies property ownership for tax purposes. It is the only continually-updated, large-scale plot map that covers all of French territory. The map is published annually in each French municipality and has been available free of charge to the general public since 2008 on the website www.cadastre.gouv.fr/, which has proved to be extremely successful.

    The present Law lays down provisions relating to the official land survey in the Canton Ticino. In particular, article 1 establishes that the survey aimed at the introduction and maintenance of the Land Register recognized by the Confederation shall be considered as the official land survey in the Canton Ticino.
