The Albanian National Land Consolidation Strategy is a national strategy with a cross-sectoral approach. The timeframe is a 15 year period from 2014 to 2028, divided into three major phases. The Strategy promotes the creation of economically viable, competitive and sustainable family farms. The overall aim is to contribute to sustainable development and to enhance the agricultural sector in an inclusive and gender and socially equitable manner, so as to ensure food security, alleviation of poverty and the rational use of natural resources.

The present Law implements the Council Directive 93/76/EEC to limit carbon dioxide emissions by improving energy efficiency (SAVE) of 13 September 1993. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Cadastre valuation shall be applicable for the purpose of assessment of cost of forest land either pertaining or not pertaining to public forest in case of management thereof for purposes not related to forest manegement, and also for expropriation (purchase) for state and public needs".

The Land Code makes provision for the regulation of "land relations" and its purpose is to secure rational use and protection of land, the protection of the environment, and "the equal development of all forms of economic activity in Tajikistan" (Preamble). Other laws regulating land relations may be enacted on the basis of this Code.Land is declared to be in exclusive ownership if the State in article 2.

Article 33 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots allotted for smallholding can be transferred by citizens for tenancy by legal entities of Ukraine and used by them for agricultural commodity production, farming without changing the specific use of these land plots”. Article 93 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The term of lease of agricultural land for agricultural commodity production, farming and smallholding cannot be less than 7 years”.
