El presente Acuerdo expide la Norma técnica para establecer el valor de la tierra adjudicada en procedimientos de titulación, que tiene como finalidad normar el procedimiento de valoración de las tierras rurales realizado por la Autoridad Agraria Nacional o su delegado, por parte de la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria, las Direcciones Distritales de Tierras y las Unidades Provinciales de Tierras.
El presente Acuerdo de la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones de explotación económica de terrenos baldíos que hagan procedente su adjudicación a través de esquemas o contratos de explotación que faciliten dicha explotación, cuando el sujeto de reforma agraria no tenga posibilidades de desarrollarla solo.
El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos que la dependencia encargada de tierras, sea la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria o la unidad administrativa que la reemplace, por delegación de la Autoridad Agraria Nacional, debe ejecutar para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales y su Reglamento General de aplicación.
ABSTRACTED FROM INTRODUCTION: This paper traces the implications of key agrarian transformations −particularly the reforms in land policy and emerging land relations− for livelihood security and vulnerability. The Lao Land and Forest Allocation Policy (LFAP) was intended to provide clearer property rights for swidden farmers living in mountainous areas. These lands are legally defined as “State” forests but are under various forms of customary tenure.
