    The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to public blueberry fields. It applies to the leasing of ungranted land designated by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for blueberry production.     The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state and the Watercourses Act. Section 1 establishes that the Regulation applies to the leasing of land and other immovable rights in the waters in the domain of the State or dry land required for the building, operation and maintenance by private producers of hydroelectric power plants having a capacity of 25 MW or less and related equipment or installations. The text consists of 8 sections.
