    The study area  covers, Haymana Research Farm of Central Research Institute for Field Crops and Kenan Evren Research and Practice Farm of Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture. This area is in Ankara city, at 22nd km of Haymana-Gölbaşı province road and it is total 968 hectare. The studies, which were done in project, have two steps. In these steps, the area works were the first one. In the areas by using GPS of the roads, parcels, and pond co-ordinate points were red.

    The article seeks to contribute to issues of institutions that constitute the historical plane on which ‘democratic development’ rests. With that idea in mind, it sheds light onto the institutional course of the Ottoman Empire through the examination of two phenomena: the social structure of the imperial subjects and the provision of public goods. The reason that these two phenomena are essential in assessing the historical trajectory of the empire lies in their particular developmental paths that intertwine and support each other.

    Soil and water resources are among natural wealth of a country and are main components of agriculture that meet food requirement. Development, protection and management of the soil and water resources have become a necessity today. Required investments should be made on improvement of water resources to develop the region in terms of agriculture. This study, examining previous studies on soil and water resources in Kırsehir and problems faced and solutions for these problems provides preliminary information on future studies.

    The basic principle of sustainable agricultural production and natural resources is to utilize lands based on their current potentials. Therefore, the present soil sources should be determined firstly. Yesilırmak and Kızılırmak Deltas are the most important agricultural lands in Turkey. However, inappropriate use of agricultural lands and erosion threat these important agricultural centers. In this study, it was determined that 51.92 % of 957.900 ha land in Samsun are exposed to severe erosion, and the percentage of inappropriate use of potential agricultural soils is 18%.

    In recent years, infrastructure investments, especially construction of new roads and upgrading of existing ones, have accelerated in Turkey. Expropriation cases related to building plot and land have increased due to these investments. One subject causes conflict and leads to the prolongation of cases due to the misuse of building plot-land discrimination.

    The security district of Hatay, Kilis, Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Mardin and Sirnak province located along southern boundary lies between Turkey and Syria that comprised wide areas. It is considered to evaluate of cleaned mined land with a 300-400 m width and 510 m length. It was estimated that these lands were very productive and that can be used for organic or other types of agriculture .If these lands are cleaned and opened to agriculture, that can create jop opportunities to many families in agriculture.

    The total arable land of Turkey is about 28,054,000 ha. The main income of the country is agriculture and agriculture based industry. However, the prime soils cover only 17.5% of the total land surface and the productivity of the rest of the soils is limited by topographical, chemical (e.g. high calcium carbonate content, alkalinity and low organic matter), and physical (e.g. water logging, texture) attributes. The diverse topography along with deforestation and unsuitable tillage and irrigation management has been inducing the rate of erosion in the country for centuries.

    A new state of the Republic of Turkey, but it took over institutional and economic structure of Ottoman Empire. The agricultural structure and relations of production was one of them. 80% of Turkish society was living in villages and the agricultural was constituted the basic dynamics of economy. The distribution of land in agricultural enterprises was not fair. 76% of the population living in the rural land had 7.3% of arable land and the average land size was 24.9 decare.
