    Le présent arrêté modifie et complète l’arrêté ministériel Nº 009/16.01 du 23-08-2011 déterminant les modalités d’acquisition des certificats d’enregistrement de la propriété foncière.Les différentes modifications portent notamment sur les articles 6 (Moment de la demande d’un titre de pleine propriété et conditions requises); 11 (Contrat de cession de la terre); 11 bis (Suppression du prix de vente); et 16 (Conditions attachées au titre de pleine propriété conditionnel).

    These Rules, made under paragraph 2 of the Second Schedule of the Quantity Surveyors (Registration, etc.) Act, provides with respect to proceedings and other matters in cases against practitioners referred to the Quantity Surveyors Disciplinary Committee by the Registered Quantity Surveyors Investigating Panel. In any case where in pursuance of section 12 (3) of the Act the Panel is of the opinion that a prima facie case is shown against a practitioner, the Panel shall prepare a report of the case and formulate any appropriate charge or charges and forward them to the secretary.

    These Regulations, made under section 21 of the Survey Act and continued under the Surveyors Registration Council of Nigeria Act, provide for examination of surveyors that desire to be registered under the Act. A candidate who completes the examination under these Regulations to the satisfaction of the Surveyors Licensing Board shall be granted a licence in the Form 6 in the Third Schedule to these Regulations entitling him to practise surveying; and the Board shall as soon as may be thereafter, issue the licence accordingly

    These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act, concerns a memorandum of survey or survey report, which shall be drawn up, in such form and manner as the Chief Surveyor may approve and in accordance with these Regulations. The two originals of every memorandum of survey or survey report shall be registered by the land surveyor within 14 days of the completion of the survey. The Permanent Secretary shall endorse every memorandum or report of survey received by him or her.

    These Regulations implement provisions of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. They, among other things: empower the Chief Surveyor to, in accordance with the Act, issue Guidelines, Directions and Notices to land surveyors, to regulate the practice of land surveyors and to set standards for land survey work; provide rules for the carrying out of survey works; regulate survey procedures; and provide for the making of boundaries and the drafting of survey plans.
