    An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making. This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex.

In particular it specifies the new form of declaration which has to be signed by an entity buying soil improvers.     The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of eight paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes: (1) conditions of the use of urban sewage sediments for the following purposes: agriculture including production of feedstuffs, reclamation of land, adaptation of land to specific needs, cultivation of plants for the production of compost, cultivation of plants not intended for consumption or production of feedstuffs; (2) scope, frequency and referential methods of examinations of urban sewage sediments and lands where sediments are applied.
