    This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.

    This Regional Law establishes the value of public or municipal land destined for sale to the owners of edifices and construction located thereon. The price of public or municipal land shall be equal to two and a half percent of cadastre value in case of sale to commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs, citizens and non-commercial organizations that are owners of the aforesaid constructions and edifices.

    This Regional Law determines composition, elaboration and modification of the regional land-use planning scheme. Land-use planning project shall include regulations on territorial planning and mapping of objects projected for location, description and characteristics of land areas and names of urban, municipal districts and inhabited areas.     This Order establishes the modalities and common principles of formation and keeping unified state register of objects of cultural heritage that include parks and gardens located on urban land. Unified state register represents information system including database of the objects of cultural heritage. This Order contains registration form (Annex 1) of the objects of cultural heritage.

    This Regional Law lists categories of citizens that shall have the right of allotment of plots of public or municipal land free of charge within the boundaries of urban areas. The aforesaid plots of land can be allotted to peasant farms for agricultural purposes and farming. Horticulture and gardening.
