These Regulations, together with a number of other statutory instruments made at the same time, establish a new procedure for referred applications and appeals in Wales ("referred applications" are applications for planning permission, listed building consent, conservation area consent and hazardous substances consent referred to the Welsh Ministers for determination.
This Resolution sets forth principles and guidelines of application for wind power stations in protected areas. This Regulation underlines that the applications will be evaluated by the Regional Committees for preservation of natural heritage, in accordance with the scientific reports. The protected areas are divided into two categories, such as (i) sensitive areas with high protection and (ii) protected areas with sustainable use of natural resource.

Article 31 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In strict state reserves, it shall be prohibited to alter the conservational principal designation of land use. In reserves, state parks, strict biosphere reserves and biosphere grounds, it shall be prohibited to alter the conservational and forest farming principal designation of land use, as well as to convert forest land to land used for other designations, except for transfer of land for the protection of state border and for national defense purpose”.

This Resolution has been drafted to add some specific information to the Regulation on procedures and principles of determination, registration and approval of protected areas. According to the ecological based scientific research projects, this Resolution clarifies the definition and guidelines of sensitive areas, special protection areas, protected areas with sustainable use of natural resource, and areas off site of the settlement and development areas in the Environmental Plan.
This Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 2 regarding archeological site, Article 6 regarding principles of conservation development plan, Article 7 regarding immovable cultural properties, Article 8 regarding local administration for protected areas, Article 11 regarding modification, revision and annexes of conservation development plan, Paragraph 2 of Article 15 regarding approval of the projects by the Ministry, Article 19 regarding duties, authorities and responsibilities of the experts, and Articles 23 and 25 regarding qualifications of project team members.
This Instrument, made by the Minister of State under section 39 of the Protected Areas Act declares Kanashen Village to be an Amerindian Protected Area. Kanashen Village is communal village lands held by the Village Council on behalf of the Wai Wai Amerindian people of that Village. The Village Council is the Sole Management Authority for the Amerindian Protected Area. The area will be managed as a Category VI: Protected area with sustainable use of natural resources protected area under the International Union for Conservation of Nature Protected Areas Categories System.
The Vision of the Forest Policy is that: by 2062, Jamaica’s forests and its biodiversity are sufficiently restored and sustainably managed, so once again the island can adequately be described as “the land of wood and water”, capable of meeting the social, economic and ecological needs of current and future generations.
This Resolution sets forth principles and guidelines of application for building solar power stations in protected areas. This Regulation underlines that building solar power stations shall not be approved in Grade 1 natural site area, as well as in sensitive and special protected areas. Furthermore solar power stations may be built in Grade 2 and 3 natural site areas and also in protected areas with sustainable use of natural resource, only if they meet the requirements specified in the Resolution.
Article 28 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Economic assessment shall be made, land-use planning (boundaries and management plans) for new state reserves, biosphere reserves and national parks, establishment of boundary plans for state and municipal reserves and biosphere reserves, providing for compensation for the necessary discontinuance (if necessary), land redemption (purchase in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania or the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Procurement of Water, Energy, Transport, or Postal Services by Contracting E
