В статье рассматривается актуальный вопрос использования геоинформационных ресурсов как инструмента оптимизации регионального землепользования. В качестве примера рассматривается система электронных карт ГИС «Мордовия», центральным звеном которой является синтетическая ландшафтно-экологическая карта (ЛЭК). Подчеркивается роль автоматизированных методов анализа и моделирования пространственной информации в решении проблемы актуализации базы данных ГИС.

The influence of byproducts ploughing and mineral fertilizer doses on the crop rotation productivity and agrochemical indicators of sod-podzol sandy loam soil is studied. It is established that autumn application of a compensatory dose of nitrogen to the straw did not ensure the increased productivity of crop rotation.

The purpose of the research is to find varieties and hybrids of crops that are productive in the irrigated lands of the Foothill zone of the Stavropol Territory. The studies were conducted according to generally accepted methods by B. A. Dospehov, All-Russia Research and Development Inst. of Irrigation Agriculture and the V.R. Vilyams All-Russia Research and Development Inst. of Forages. The investigations revealed that the most productive corn hybrids are Zernogradsky 354 MW and Mashuk 355 MW, their crop yield – 10.2 and 10.9 t/ha.

In the structure of the land fund of the Altai Region the category of agricultural lands is the most extensive, it is more than 11.5 million hectares. More than 6.1 million hectares belong to individual citizens. There are more than 5 million hectares of state and municipal ownership. The rest of the lands are owned by legal entities. There were analyzed the natural and climatic conditions of the land fund of the Altai Region and its patterns in the natural subzones.

In a course of the research there were described the methodological approaches to optimization of the use of resources allocated for the operation of melioration systems and the use of reclaimed land. As a result of realized research there was estimated theoretical and actual productivity of reclaimed land in Gorki and Kalinkovichi districts of the Republic of Belarus with the proposed economic and mathematical model.
