En el objetivo del IPDRS para contribuir a mujeres y hombres campesinos, indígenas, agrodescendientes, jóvenes, activistas, profesionales y colectivos urbanos y rurales adquieran mejores herramientas teóricas, políticas y técnicas para la renovación del pensamiento y las prácticas del desarrollo rural en Sudamñerica.
