This Regulation lays down criteria and procedures governing the assignment of immovable properties as compensation according to Law No. 9235 on restitution and compensation of property. The Fund covers public immovable properties included in the inventory of the Agency of the Public Property Inventory and Transfer that have not been nationalized or confiscated.
This Regulation lays down provisions on the analysis of agricultural land indicators. In particular, it makes provision on the analysis to be carried out periodically, especially with respect to soil fertility data in order to select the appropriate agrotechnological measures to increase fertility. The analysis fees shall be approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Food and paid by the owner or the lawful possessor of the agricultural land.

The Regulation approves the tariffs of using pastures and lawns for gazing and other farming activities in accordance with the table attached to this decision. The Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Water Administration is the responsible authority for its implementation.

This Regulation amends sections a, b, e and c of article 5 of Regulation 289 of 2006. The amendments affect the duties and responsibilities of the deputy directors who will now chair the departments of legalization, compensation and urbanization, the dept. of mapping, information technology, and initial registration of unlawful construction, and the human resources department, respectively. Further, the ALUIIZC personnel should comply with the general requirements of the civil service law and the special requirements prepared by the general director of the agency.
This Regulation lays down rules governing urban planning. It is composed of six Chapters: (I) Types, content and procedures of urban planning; (II) Rules and conditions of urban planning; (III) Roads outside residence areas and constructions alongside; (IV) Rules for designing and planning water pipelines; (V) Role and tasks of the Urban Planning and Studies Institute; (VI) Urban symbols. Environmental impact assessments shall be carried out.
This Regulation 739 of 2017 amends and supplements Regulation 725 of 2015 regarding the organization and functioning of the Territory Development Agency. The changes include: appointment and termination of the General Director of the Agency by the Prime Minister; replacement of the integrated territory registry with the electronic permits system; and exercise of several ministerial functions by the Prime Minister.

This Regulation applies to the transfer of rights of use of caves. These rights may be granted for scientific, ecological, cultural, historical, tourist, healing and religious purposes. Caves shall be used in accordance with the projects approved by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Territory Adjustment and related environmental permissions.
This Regulation defines the procedure for leasing State agricultural and forestry lands, pastures and meadows. It consists of three Parts: (I) Designation, assessment and classification of State agricultural lands to be leased; (II) Establishment and functioning of the board for renting State agricultural lands; (III) Lease payment methods. The Regional Directorate of Agriculture prepares the study on agricultural lands registered as State-owned in the immovable property offices which can be leased.
This Regulation provides for the composition of the Territory Planning Council in the Republic of Albania. It consists of 12 representatives from different ministries and functions, according to the rules of procedures attached to the Regulation. The Rules of Procedure concern the decision-making process.
