This Order amends the Natural Resources (Prescribed Areas) (Prohibition of Categories of Enterprise, Construction and Development) Order, 1996 to provide for transitional arrangements with respect to a permit for an undertaking any category of enterprise, construction or development to which the requirement for a permit did not apply before 1 April 2015 and to modify the list of enterprise, construction or development to which the principal Order applies.

This Act provides for the administration of Norfolk Island. New South Wales may enter into arrangements with the Commonwealth for the effective application and administration of the laws in force in Norfolk Island. Without limiting the generality of subsection(1), such an arrangement may provide for the exercise of powers by: a) an authority of New South Wales, or b) an employee of New South Wales, in or in relation to Norfolk Island.

This Decree, consisting of 24 articles divided into four Chapters, promulgates the Regulation on land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and provides the management of activities of people and vehicles in these areas; responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals for the construction, management and protection of land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 2. In case the provisions of this Regulation are different from those of treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party, the provisions of such treaties prevail.
