This Guideline lays down technical criteria for valuating trees in agricultural lands and meadows expropriated or temporarily taken into possession for public interest. It establishes separate procedures for different types of trees such as olives, vineyards and fruit trees.

This Regulation lays down amendments and addenda to Regulation No. 531 of 1998 on non-divided agricultural lands. According to these new provisions, undivided agricultural lands, as identified by the competent municipal commission and certified by the chief of the immovable property registration office, can be rented by the local government to foreign and domestic individuals or legal entities.

This Regulation lays down certain amendments and addenda to Regulation No. 230 of 1991 on the establishment of land commissions, with respect to their composition. The commissions shall be composed of the directors of agricultural and food departments at the regional level, chiefs of the immovable property registration offices, representative of the Ministry of Interior and other members such as agronomists, lawyers and economists. The commissions takes collegial decisions with simple majority.

This Law concerns the administration and protection of pastures and meadows. It defines tasks and duties of central and local State bodies in this sector and makes provision on specialized research institutions. The Law consists of eight Chapters: (I) General Provisions; (II) Pastures Fund; (III) Conservation, administration and use of pastures and meadows; (IV) Prevention of damages; (V) Administration of the Pastures Fund; (VI) Monitoring and control; (VII) Penalties; (VIII) Final provisions.
This Regulation establishes the Board for Lending Undivided Agricultural Lands and lays down its composition and rules of procedure. The Board’s activities are subjected to the Civil Code and to Law No. 8312 of 1998 on non-divided lands. Its tasks include the duty to continuously inform about the availability of the undivided agricultural lands; to guarantee the observation of competition rules in the land auctions; and to award the auction contracts.
According to Law No. 10257, the Section of Land Administration and Protection is replaced with the Directorate of Land Administration and Protection. At local level, it is created the Department of Land Administration and Protection (DLAP) composed by the land administration section and the land protection inspectorate. The DLAP prepares and submits for approval to the municipal authorities all the requests and documentation for land leasing, exploitation and other forms of ownership transfer. Its duties and tasks are further enumerated.
This Law amends and supplements several articles of Law No. 10119 on land use planning. The addenda concern the definition of national zones by adding to it all those connected to national public interests that affect or are affected by territory planning, tasks and responsibilities of the National Territory Council as the exclusive authority for the final review of the development plans of the first category municipalities as further enlisted here.

The Law lays down rules and procedures on the organization and functioning of the Immovable Property Office, the procedures for the registration of immovable properties, and the administration of the public register of such properties.
Law No. 14/2012 amends Article 2 of the Law No.9693 of 2007 regarding areas of pasture fund that re-enter the agricultural land fund. This inclusion maybe done only for areas newly planted with trees that are part of the long term national programs and policies. Local government entities are responsible for accepting such requests and granting approvals.
