This Regional Act sets out the legislative framework for the definition of lands destined to public uses, with a view to promoting the development of rural areas and ensuring environmental protection. The Regional Executive is in charge of the delimitation and registration of lands for public use, according to the procedure regulated under articles 4 and 5.
This Regional Act defines the administrative functions that pertain to regional authorities as regards the productive use of public lands as well as the recognition of public uses. The aim is to promote the use of public lands for agro-forestry and silvopastoralism purposes. Article 5 specifies the circumstances under which the regional executive may authorize the transfer of lands for agro-forestry or silvopastoralism uses.
These provisions regulate the exercise of the functions entrusted to regional authorities as regards public uses of lands, with particular regard to agro-forestry and silvopastoralism uses. The Act also regulates the procedure for the designation of such public lands.
This Regional Act lays down rules governing the tenure and management of the Regole d’Ampezzo, which are those agro-forest and pasture lands which pertain to the territories of the Veneto Region specified in article 2. The Act also defines the content of the “laudi”, which are the provisions that regulate the acquisition and tenure of the “Regole”.

This Provincial Act lays down provisions governing the management and use of public lands pertaining to the Regole of Spinale and Manez within the territory of Trento. Such lands may not be transferred, unless a special authorization is issued by the Provincial Executive for public reasons (art. 1). Article 3 provides for the setting up of the assembly which is in charge of the management of lands.

This Act sets out rules and principles governing the planning and management of land reclamation in the Autonomous Province of Trento, for purposes of ensuring the rational exploitation of natural resources and the environmental protection of rural areas. The Act provides for the subdivision of the provincial territory into delimited areas for purposes of land reclamation and soil rehabilitation. The Act also provides for the setting up of consortia engaged in the implementation of such interventions. Further provisions lay down some amendments to Provincial Act No.
With a view to improving soil quality and preventing desertification, this Regional Act encourages the use of compostable wastes and soil conditioners. To this end, the regional authority grants subsidies for (i) the purchase of compostable wastes and soil conditioners and (ii) the implementation of techniques aimed at the conservation of organic compounds. The Act defines the conditions under which farmers may benefit from those subsidies. Further provisions concern the monitoring of quality of soils in Abruzzo.
This Decree establishes the commission which shall be responsible in matters connected with integrated pollution prevention and control, in accordance with the provisions laid down in Legislative Decree No. 59 of 2005.

This Act aims at the improvement and protection of agricultural and forest resources in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region, particularly through the promotion of agriculture in mountain areas. The rational exploitation of land in mountain territories is among the objectives hereby pursued. The latter include private undertakings and public interventions (art. 3). Articles 6 to 10 define with detail the procedure to attain the rationalization of land (proposal of rationalization, preliminary project, final approval).
